How to Request Appointment

2. Scroll down to find the ‘Request an Appointment' button.
3. Fill in the information required.
4. Submit your appointment request.

Our customer service team will get in touch by email to confirm your details, and if there are any particular designs you're looking for. Please kindly ensure you provide the design reference (which can be taken from Google) to our team.

Since our appointment slot is very limited, we always try our best to assist you online (by email or call) and provide custom samples and a sample pack to your address. Most customers are happy with receiving the samples and talking with our customer service representatives over email or call to be able to proceed with their purchase. Therefore, in most cases, offline appointments are not needed.

However, if we find that you have a special inquiry that will be more effective if being discussed in person, we will proceed with your appointment schedule will be submitted, and you will receive a confirmation email after that.
